Build Hope Organization (BHO) is a community-based non-profit dedicated to uplifting vulnerable populations — especially children, youth, and women — through education, protection, and sustainable livelihoods.
Founded on the belief that every individual deserves dignity and opportunity, we work directly within communities to create lasting, measurable change. Our programs are designed with the people we serve, ensuring local ownership and long-term sustainability.

Vocational Training Programs
Equipping young people with practical skills in carpentry, tailoring, and other trades to build sustainable livelihoods.
Our vocational training programs are designed to equip refugee and host community youth with practical, market-driven skills that lead to income generation and self-reliance.
We provide hands-on training in trades such as carpentry, tailoring, basic mechanics, and small business skills, aligned with local market needs.
Participants receive mentorship, starter toolkits where possible, and guidance on entrepreneurship to help them transition from training to employment.
By focusing on skills that are immediately applicable, we reduce dependency on aid and empower individuals to support their families with dignity.
Donor contributions directly fund training materials, instructors, safe learning spaces, and follow-up support to ensure graduates are not only trained but also successfully integrated into sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Community Outreach & Assessment

Our team works directly within refugee and host communities to conduct participatory assessments, household visits, and focus group discussions.
This approach allows us to identify urgent needs, vulnerable groups, and existing community strengths before implementing any activity.
By listening first, we design targeted responses that avoid duplication and maximize available resources. These assessments also help us track changing conditions and adapt programs accordingly.
Donors play a vital role in supporting field assessments, data collection, community engagement activities, and monitoring processes that guarantee transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making across all our humanitarian and development initiatives.
Family Support Initiatives
Working with vulnerable families through counseling, resource provision, and referral services for holistic care.
Our family support initiatives focus on strengthening vulnerable households through holistic and compassionate assistance.
We work closely with families facing protection risks, economic hardship, or psychosocial challenges by providing counseling, referrals to essential services, and limited material support when available.
The program prioritizes dignity, confidentiality, and community-based solutions that reinforce family resilience rather than dependency.
By linking families to health, education, protection, and livelihood services, we address both immediate concerns and long-term stability. Special attention is given to female-headed households, children at risk, and persons with disabilities.

Youth & Children Programs

We organize educational support activities, life-skills training, mentorship sessions, and recreational events that promote well-being, confidence, and positive social behavior.

By integrating psychosocial support and community mentorship, we address trauma and strengthen resilience. We work closely with parents, schools, and community leaders to ensure child protection standards are upheld.
